‘Why High IQ doesn’t guarantee success’ Isaac Jackson of JetWave International speaks out

Since JetWave International launched last year, CEO Isaac Jackson has amassed valuable experience as a business coach and mentor. Throughout his business journey, the entrepreneur has worked with people from a wealth of educational and occupational backgrounds, and he believes that high IQ isn’t a predictor of success.

Research carried out by the Carnegie Institute of Technology shows that 85% of financial success comes down to skills in “human engineering,” personality and ability to communicate, negotiate and lead.

Mr. Jackson believes that while high IQ is a performance enhancer, it is not a predictor of success. The business owner thinks that EQ, MQ, and BQ are the more critical components when it comes to personal and professional success.

Emotional Intelligence:

EQ has become a more common business language in recent years, with an emphasis placed on its importance for great leaders. It is the ability to be self-aware of an individual’s feelings as well as those of others and using that to assess situations and build relationships.

Moral Intelligence:

MQ involves integrity, responsibility, sympathy, and forgiveness. Honesty and integrity are vital components of MQ.

Body Intelligence:

BQ reflects what someone knows about their body and how they take care of it.  It’s about listening to the signals that bodies give and following an excellent energy-giving diet, getting enough rest and getting enough exercise. While it may seem unrelated to business performance, BQ affects work because it determines feelings, state of mind and energy levels.

“When it comes to determining success, high IQ isn’t a guarantee; it’s simply a performance enhancer. High IQ is essentially a springboard to success; however, EQ, MQ, and BQ are all vital cornerstones of success.”

At JetWave International they encourage their workforce to practice EQ, MQ, and BQ to help them progress their business career. CEO Isaac Jackson recently held a morning meeting on the subject, highlighting the importance of those three components, and he is pleased by the early indications of application and looks forward to seeing the progress that will take place in the coming weeks.

Founded in November 2017 and based in Knoxville, Tennessee, JetWave International is a trusted business and consulting firm founded on previous experiences and principles. CEO Isaac Jackson is a passionate business coach and mentor who is dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
